The Health Care Authority oversees provider improvement in the Centennial Care program. Medical providers (Including hospitals and private practitioners) and managed care organizations can use this section to locate important provider resources.

With the close of the Public Health Emergency (PHE), the suspension of provider terminations has ended.

An E-Blast informing providers they would be terminated if their record has expired licenses and certification documents after August 22, 2023 was sent on 6/30/2023. The Medical Assistance Division (MAD) has decided to extend the deadline to 11/5/2023.

Please review the Provider Type and Specialty Code list to understand what required documents you need to submit to continue participating as a Medicaid provider. You must submit all required documents before or by 11/5/2023. All Medicaid providers that fail to provide required documents will be terminated effective 11/1/2023.
