School Nursing, Graduate Certificate

The School Nurse Certification at NJCU is a dynamic graduate-level certificate program designed for BSN prepared registered nurses to enter the specialty practice of school nursing. The School Nurse Certification program is approved by the New Jersey Department of Education in meeting requirements for the Standard Non-Instructional (N.J.A.C.6A:9B-14.4) and Standard (Instructional) School Nurse Endorsement (N.J.A.C.6A:9B-14.3). All coursework for the School Nurse Certification program is applicable to the Master of Science (MS) in Nursing with a Specialization in School Nursing. Students who apply for the Graduate school nurse certificate program can enroll in either the non-instructional or instructional certificate option.

Admission Requirements - *Program admission is on a rolling basis.
